Bryon is a leadership & learning instructor enthusiast of nine years in process management with expertise in manufacturing, hospitality, non-profit, and public service industries. He also adds substantial value in team development, change management, and conflict resolution skills by the positive energy that he brings into the room.
As an accomplished professional, Bryon has acquired an unique skill set of strengths in people development and process re-engineering from various market segments ranging from sales, customer service, and business-to-business support in industries such as tourism, manufacturing, technology, and lodging.
Many of Bryon's experiences include cost benefit analysis, organizational structure reviews, and implementing innovative learning services for cross-functional team development of technical and soft skills. Soft skill expertise in change management, conflict resolution, and organization. Knowledgeable in business regulations and concepts such as GAAS, GAS, US GAAP, IFRS, SOX, SAS, FASB, APB Opinion, PPC Guide for Audits, CCH Tax Guide, Supply Chain, and B2B. Systems knowledge areas include SQL, HTML, SAP, Oracle PeopleSoft, Cognos, SharePoint, and Execl (VBA).
Presently, he is a candidate for PMP Certification in 2011 and is an approve IRS Paid Preparer for United States Federal Income Taxes. He is also enrolled at Tusculum College inthe Master of Arts in Education - Human Resource Development.
