Career Synopsis

Simply by observing one’s work environment will provide insight to the development of a systematic approach in resolving challenges by means of effective, reasonable, and logical explanations that focus on the results of the a process. Managing information, data, and people require extensive resources of patience and persistence to create communication lines that are clear, specific, and brief. Well-defined organizations require time for the development of strong interpersonal skills among team leaders and players. Other time considerations involve how well people adapt to change and resolve conflict to enhance an entity’s communication lines.

Information and data systems management require professional feedback, adequate technology, flexibility, cross-functional training, reflection, and people of high integrity.  John Maxwell’s theory of “leading leaders can be the most difficult task has been a strong illustrated theory in the course of leadership experience by many. However, to achieve organizational success related to problem solving matters, a continual scanning of the internal and external environment becomes the main focus point for success in a global economy and to win global market share.

Since my junior year in high school, I have had the privilege in being out in the “real world” of employment. The work history below details examples of accomplishments for business areas of accounting, auditing, tax, business administration duties, staff development, software consulting, sales for entities such as accounting firms, non-profits, corporations, partnerships, institutions of higher learning, and tourism.

Dilemma

To laugh is to risk appearing a fool

To weep is to risk appearing sentimental

To reach out for another is to risk involvement

To expose feelings is to risk rejections

To place your dreams before the crowd is to risk ridicule

To love is to risk not being loved in return

To go forward in the face of overwhelming odds is to risk failure

But risks must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing. The person who risks nothing does nothing, has nothing, is nothing.

He may avoid suffering and sorrow, but he cannot learn, feel, change, grow, or love

Chained by his certitudes, he is a slave

Only a person who takes risks is free
