Viewpoints on Learning

My life’s opportunities and experiences provide the expertise associated with the areas of relating to others, client relationship management, and people development. An all-inclusive tool chest contains such skills as key performance indicators and analyzing current trends in global markets which are comingled in an environment structured for learning and change. This highly concentrated framework of professional developmental skills entails hands on acquisition of strong, effective interpersonal communication skills as a means to understand basic human needs and performing strategic development outlines that include detailed financial analytics while developing a successful project management processes.

I truly believe passion is required at the forefront of any process development and design integration to successfully lead others to accomplish desired goals and objectives. Developing any successful vision integrates the values of the individual and organization into a mission of helping others that must obtain a personal balance of learning, analyzing, evaluation, managing, and applying. Much like a picture or a piece of artwork, a business is comprised of several different segments integrated with a defined common purpose. (Click Here for Appendix 7: Creativity: The Other Side of the Brainain). Much like the balance and vision is needed to create a piece of artwork, the same will open the path for any organization to maintain a healthy status.

Leading and developing others have become one of my core passions that led me to create a blog on this subject matter after serving two years as Internship Coordinator with Marriott International in the Global Finance Division. Several of my blog posts have been featured in an on-line career development community called BrazenCareerest at www.brazencareerist.com designed for Gen X and Gen Y present and future leaders. Please check out my blog www.letstalkleadership.wordpress.com for my thoughts and experiences to aid Gen X & Gen Y.

Throughout my employment career, I have experienced many opportunities to serve non-profit organizations that are either start-ups or established groups wishing to expand. Over-time, I have personally developed a non-profit organizational set-up guide adapted from many business models that are quick and efficient to implement. Click here to read more of a Journey from Point A to C. Many causes have inspiring leaders of strong passion and visions, but without an ample process guide many great ideas fall by the way side. This is my way of giving back to the many causes that need to succeed.

“The credit belongs to those who are actually in the arena who strive valiantly; who know the great devotions; the great enthusiasms and spend themselves in a worthy cause; who at best, know the triumph of high achievement; and who at the worst, if they fail, fail while daring greatly so that their place shall never be with those cold timid souls; who know neither victory nor defeat. “
